At Exquisite Home Furnishings, we strive to fulfill your expectations and we also understand that you may receive an item(s) that may not meet your satisfaction. So, if you wish to return or exchange an item you must contact us within 7 days from the date the item was delivered at email@example.com. You will be responsible for round trip shipping costs. If an item was sold with “free shipping”, our outbound shipping cost will be subtracted from your refund. Also, many manufacturers charge a “restocking fee” for returned items. If applicable, this fee will be deducted from your refund once the manufacturer receives the returned merchandise.
All returned merchandise must be in original condition, unassembled and must include all original packaging materials and accessories. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for assembled merchandise. You will need to ship your product to the specified manufacturer address to be provided; prepaid and insured by the manner in which you received it.
